At Barça Academy, we are dedicated to encouraging our players to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep playing, even during the holidays. Whether you are traveling or staying in Singapore, it’s important to continue your training and stay active.

Here are some friendly tips to help you stay in top form.

 


✈️ While Traveling:

1️⃣ Dribbling and Ball Control:

    • Small Space Dribbling: Use a small ball and practice dribbling in confined spaces, such as hotel rooms or outdoor areas.

    • Juggling: Helps improve touch and control. Aim for a higher count each day.

2️⃣ Running and Cardio:
