important to continue your training and stay active.
Training Methodology and Drills on Barça Academy Singapore Camps

Emphasis is placed on drills that maximize
interaction with the ball. This approach helps players develop skills such as dribbling, passing, and ball control while simultaneously building their confidence
with the ball at their feet. By engaging with the ball frequently during training sessions, players become more comfortable and adept at handling various game
situations.
Tips to Improve Stamina for Kids (Ages 8-15)

Consistent Aerobic Exercise: Running and Jogging: Encourage regular running and jogging sessions. Start
with shorter distances and gradually increase as stamina improves. Studies from
the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health highlight the benefits of aerobic
exercise for cardiovascular health and stamina improvement in children. Swimming: Incorporate swimming as it is a full-body workout that enhances
cardiovascular endurance. Cycling: Regular cycling can improve leg strength and overall stamina.
PSLE PERFORMANCE AND SPORT PARTICIPATION

Academic and research institutions contribute to the conversation by conducting
studies that explore the relationship between sports participation and academic
performance.
Their research often supports the idea that engaging in sports can have positive
effects on students’ academic outcomes, including standardized test scores like
the PSLE. These institutions play a crucial role in providing evidence-based
recommendations for integrating sports into educational policies and practices.
